Scholars of St. Paul


While school session is about to open here in the US, classes have started already in the Philippines.  While we are dealing with back-to-school frenzy and road or plane trips to colleges near and far, students in Manila are in full swing in classrooms.  The campuses of St. Paul University are in full colors with our black and white checkered uniform!  And scores of students are in attendance through the benefit of scholarship programs enabling a deserving number of young women and men to complete their education.


Our Alumnae, St. Paul Manila Alumnae USA, are committed in supporting the scholarship program of SPUM through our Alumnae’s Fleur-de-Lis Fund.  In recent years, more than 120 college students received financial aid at SPUM. They were granted scholarships or worked as student assistants. These scholars, on scholarship or student assistants, were enrolled in bachelors program majoring in Elementary Education, Secondary Education, Music Education, Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Mass Communication and Tourism.
