ISPMA USA’s Father James Reuter Theatre Series offers special performance dates of ALLEGIANCE at the Saturday Matinee, Oct. 31, 2PM and Thursday, Nov. 5th at 8PM.  After the Saturday Matinee, Oct. 31, Lea Salonga will meet and greet special guests in the Longacre Theatre where she will speak about ALLEGIANCE.  George Takei will also meet and greet special ticket holders to talk about his family’s story of love, loss and heroism during the Japanese-American internment in WWII in ALLEGIANCE (Lea Salonga has been invited to also participate in the Nov. 5th Talk Back). Allegiance tells the story of a Japanese American family’s journey from the Golden Gate Bridge to Heart Mountain Relocation Center during WWII.  Lea Salonga stars with George Takei in Allegiance on at the Longacre Theatre, 220 West 48th Street in New York City.  The show is in previews with an Opening Night on Nov.7th.  Special tickets can be purchased through SPMA USA to benefit St. Paul’s Music Therapy Center through its Fleur-de-Lis Fund.  For tickets and information, contact or call 917-609-2587.  “Father Reuter is why I stayed in the arts and allowed my art form to blossom,” said Maniya Barredo, the Artistic Director of Metropolitan Ballet Theatre in Georgia.  “He said that my talent was a God given gift and I should take care of it.”  READ MORE..
